Bring your own photographer for a exclusive grounds access to our waterfall, 1.2 acre lake, grassy meadows or shady woodlands. If you would like to add Photo Studio time to your session, please request this as a separate booking. BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Outdoor Areas of Interest to Help You Plan Your Visit: -Lake (waterfall, firepit, 2 lawns) -North Meadows (Grove, farm fence, 30 acres of grasslands and a row of ~80 cedar trees) -South Meadows (13 acres surrounded by 3 rows of trees, chapel above wildflower hill, 2 large trees in middle of field) -Grove (shadiest area with natural tree canopy, great for sunset light leaks, open view into North Meadows) -Photo Studio (Please book as a Photo Studio booking) Please let us know in your request if have a shooting area of preference or plan to be in various areas our 54 acre property. During high demand seasons, there could be up to 2 other sessions booked during your timeslot or overlapping part of your time. The session that books first has the top priority. Before booking approval of a second session, we confirm with that photographer if they have preferences of area. This does not mean you're limited, but we like to know for planning the day/making arrangements. We ask everyone to be mindful and respectful of one another and allow the session prior to you to wrap up their time in any given area before use of it. **Please note that submitting a request for a photo session does not guarantee availability at the requested time, however, we will respond back as promptly as possible after your submission is received to confirm or coordinate an alternative date/time if necessary. 1 hour minimum required, includes set up/clean up time. Upon booking approval, you will receive a reservation confirmation that outlines property policies, address, and record of donation. Your donation goes towards the grounds maintenance and preservation of the property.
