Bold, Modern & Minimal Packages: 30% non-refundable deposit
Elopement & Micro Packages: 50% non-refundable deposit


Please note that our packages come as is and we do not offer ceremony-only packages. Our packages are based not only on guest count, but also on hours reserved, evening stays on the property, and seasonal rates. They are designed to allocate time for setup, cleanup, and the event itself, whether you choose to have a reception or not. Additionally, we do not host more than one wedding in a day, ensuring the exclusivity of your event. Elopements and Microweddings are primarily hosted on Wednesdays with a rehearsal on Tuesday. Saturday weddings require a Friday rehearsal (1-2 hours included with the package). We also offer an optional upgrade for hosting a catered rehearsal dinner.

THE CHAPEL

The 600 sq. ft. (20x30') chapel was purposefully crafted by North Carolina artisans, designed by the Bradford family,  to bring all the benefits of modern technology presented in a timeless old world inspired design. Hosts up to 50 guests.

HAVEN'S HIDEAWAY

Whether you are looking for a weekend getaway, day of getting ready suites or rentable studio space, both The Inn and Tiny Cottage offer a variety of cozy rooms perfect for unwinding after a busy day!

THE SOLARIUM

A 1500 sq. ft.,Victorian Tubular style Solarium in a stunning shade of jade green, standing at 28.5 feet tall. This is the perfect reception and special events space to host up to 125 guests year round. With 360° views of the sprawling meadows that surround, The Little Chapel and Sarah Nell Lake, this climate-controlled greenhouse will feature a wrap around patio to enjoy the sunset and abundant scenes of nature.
