We want to ensure comfort and sustainability for our guests and the venue space. Please note that air conditioning and heat will not be running continuously in the solarium during the summer and winter months. For outdoor sessions, the solarium is available to use as a backdrop only. You must book indoor spaces to have access to the chapel and solarium.If you are one of our couples redeeming your complimentary one-hour session (i.e. bridal portraits, save the dates, or engagement) : Please make a special request if you could like to use indoor spaces or if you prefer to stick to outdoors. Public restroom access is available, and chapel access can be arranged upon request. If you would like to make a special request to use the solarium indoors, please let us know ahead of time. Thanks for your understanding!Starting January 1, 2026, photo session rates will be $85 per hour for all outdoor spaces (1-hour minimum). Indoor access to the Chapel and/or Solarium is available for $25 per space. Complimentary Sessions: Couples with weddings booked at The Little Chapel will continue to receive complimentary sessions, with the discount automatically applied at checkout. This includes access to all spaces.Styled Shoots: We are currently limiting styled shoots to internally planned shoots only. If you would like to plan a shoot, the maximum time limit we allow is a 1-2 hour session. Thank you for understanding.

Yes, however proposals must be booked as a proposal booking, such as a Proposal Experience or Styled Picnic Experience, rather than a standard photo session.Our proposal pricing is separate from our hourly photo session rate and provides dedicated time for setup, the proposal, photos, and breakdown, along with the privacy needed to enjoy an uninterrupted moment.Proposal bookings also allow our team time to prepare the space specifically for your special moment. Because photo sessions may occur following a wedding or event, the property may not have been professionally cleaned or fully reset, and rental items or event equipment may still be awaiting pickup. Proposal pricing allows us to ensure the selected area is properly prepared and presented for your experience.Photo sessions are intended for photography only. The hourly rate does not include setup or breakdown time, and privacy is not guaranteed, as other guests or activities may be taking place on the property simultaneously.If you're planning a surprise proposal, please let us know when booking so we can help make the experience as seamless and special as possible.

Important Info for Booking Your Photo Session Thank you for your interest in shooting with us! Here’s what you need to know: Photographers must book sessions directly (not guests/clients), unless you're one of our couples scheduling your complimentary hour included in your package. All session requests require venue approval before confirmation. On your request you will select which areas you'd like to request. Once approved, you'll receive a confirmation email invoice with our address and additional details. You will also receive a reminder email closer to your session date. If you do not receive or cannot locate our gate code 24 hrs before your session, please text us at 336-287-2697 as this is subject to change. Book Your Session:Have your photographer reach out to schedule your session. Appointment scheduling and availability can be found on our booking calendar. We schedule photo sessions on non-event days, including Sundays, Mondays, and Thursdays. We do not offer sessions on Fridays, Saturdays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays due to our event schedule. Availability will appear on our online calendar. If you wish to book a proposal, please inquire here. Little Chapel couples with weddings booked, receive a complimentary session (with the exception of Elopements)- more details can be found in client guide/resources.1. Arrival Time: Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled session time to ensure we can respect other photo sessions, events, and activities taking place before yours. Your photo session time begins when you arrive on the property and exit your vehicle, so please plan accordingly, as time spent arriving, parking, gathering belongings, or getting ready counts toward your scheduled session time. If your session requires setup, please factor the necessary setup time into your booking request; setup must take place within your scheduled session time and does not extend your booking. Guests who begin early and/or remain beyond their scheduled session time may be subject to additional fees.2. What to Bring: Bring comfortable walking shoes if you plan to explore the grounds—there’s plenty to see! Restrooms for wardrobe changes are available in the courtyard. If you need additional time or a private space to change into a bridal gown, please ask in advance.3. Rain Policy: We do not automatically cancel photo sessions due to rain or inclement weather. Some guests choose to embrace the weather, while others prefer to reschedule. If you choose not to attend due to weather, please notify us before your scheduled session time so we can transfer your session to a new date. Your first weather-related reschedule is complimentary and may be rescheduled based on our availability. Additional reschedules are subject to a $25 rescheduling fee. To reschedule or cancel your session, please log in to your account or email us. If you do not notify us before your scheduled session time, we may not be able to honor the reschedule transfer.4. Clean-Up & Pet Guidelines: Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash and recycling properly and leaving the property as they found it. If you bring your dog, they must remain on a leash, stay out of the water and boat, and be cleaned up after. Please note that our resident dogs may be seen near their homes on the property.5. Props & Rowboat Use: Props and light furniture are welcome for mini sessions but must be provided, moved, and handled by your team. The rowboat is typically available for photo sessions; however, if you plan to use it, please note this in your booking request so we can confirm its availability. Please return the rowboat to its original location and condition after use.6. Before You Leave: Please leave the property as you found it. Turn off any lights you used, make sure all doors are fully closed—including restroom and exterior doors, and do not leave gates or other access points open. Please take all personal belongings, props, food, and trash with you when you leave. Keeping doors closed and food and trash properly contained helps prevent insects and other critters from entering the buildings.7. Parking Information: Parking is available on-site in our two complimentary parking lots. Please park only in designated areas and do not block driveways, access points, or areas reserved for residents.We look forward to making your photography session both memorable and enjoyable!

Absolutely. Your paid session will be credited for your new date. Please reach out to us to coordinate a reschedule, or simply log in to our website and update your booking under your 'Bookings/Appointments'. Each session includes one complimentary reschedule. If you need to reschedule more than once (due to non-weather related circumstances), our standard rescheduling fee will apply. If you are unsure about the weather in our area, please reach out via text or call to check in on the status/forecast.

We welcome a variety of photo sessions, including branding, bridal, engagement, maternity, family portraits, and limited styled shoots with approved creative teams. Out of respect for the nature of our venue and its intended use, we do not host boudoir sessions or any sessions involving nudity, whether indoors or outdoors. Our property is largely an outdoor space, adjacent to private residences, and we aim to ensure all guests feel safe, comfortable, and respected during their time here. Requests that do not align with these guidelines will not be accepted or will be canceled. Thank you for understanding and for helping us preserve the spirit of the space. Styled shoots do not fall into our standard booking rate, please inquire.

We love dogs! They’re welcome in our outdoor spaces as long as they remain on a leash and you bring waste bags for clean-up. Dogs are not permitted indoors or in the water. Please note: We have three resident dogs on the property — two corgis and a golden retriever — who may be visible in their respective yards. To ensure everyone's safety and comfort, guest dogs must remain leashed at all times.
