MEET PAYTON
Hi everyone - Payton here! I am so excited to share my heart and experience in the wedding & events world. I have had the privilege of being in the wedding industry for a few years now and always on the go! I love meeting people, bringing a design to life, and chatting over a cup of coffee (or maybe 2). The Intent holds a special place in my heart, as it is a true dream of mine to bring intentionality into every moment and occasion.

Month-of Coordination Includes:
-Unlimited emails & phone communication with our team.
-Day-of timeline creation (from setup to breakdown) to be
approved by client prior to event day and distributed to all vendors.
-Ceremony & reception layout based on final guest count.
-Vendor communication - review & confirm event day timeline
with vendors + act as point of contact for all vendors (filter questions, etc).
-Attend final venue walkthrough to familiarize with event
space, seating & room layout for ceremony + reception.
-Arrange + coordinate wedding rehearsal.(up to 1-2 hrs)
-Complete wedding day coordination (up to 8-10 hours)
-Oversee & assist with setup of ceremony and reception site,
including setup of personal décor, like your guest book, place cards, and favors.
-Direct vendors according to the layout and timeline, and serve as the point person.
-Oversee vendor set-up (ceremony + reception).
-Assist in all cleanup of ceremony + reception site.
