Hi everyone - Payton here! I am so excited to share my heart and experience in the wedding & events world. I have had the privilege of being in the wedding industry for a few years now and always on the go! I love meeting people, bringing a design to life, and chatting over a cup of coffee (or maybe 2). The Intent holds a special place in my heart, as it is a true dream of mine to bring intentionality into every moment and occasion.

Wedding Day Management Includes:
-Dedicated lead planner beginning 10 weeks out
-(1) Initial planning & handoff consultation
-(2) Strategic details calls to refine logistics and priorities
-(1) Final details & approvals meeting
-Unlimited email and phone communication
-Comprehensive wedding day timeline creation (from set-up to breakdown), distributed to all vendors
-Ceremony and reception floor plan creation based on final guest count
-Proactive communication with all vendors to confirm logistics and expectations
-Final on-site venue walkthrough to confirm layouts and flow
-Ceremony rehearsal coordination (up to 1 hour)
-Full wedding day management (up to 10–12 hours)
-Oversight of all vendor arrivals, set-up, and breakdown
-Set-up of personal décor items (guestbook, signage, candles, programs,
menus, place cards, photos, etc.) and additional items as needed
-Distribution of bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages
-Point of contact for vendors, family members, and wedding party
-(1) Additional on-site assistant included for 4–6 hours
-Additional assistant hours available at $55/hour.

Partial Planning
-Dedicated lead planner throughout the planning process
-(1) Initial planning consultation
-(2) Planning check-in calls to provide guidance and direction
-(1) Final details & approvals meeting
-Curated vendor recommendations based on budget, style, and priorities
-Review of vendor proposals before booking
-Ongoing budget check-ins as decisions are made
-Unlimited email and phone communication
-Strategic planning support and logistics guidance
-Wedding day timeline creation and vendor coordination
-Ceremony and reception layout design based on final guest count
-Vendor communication and confirmation of wedding day needs
-Final on-site venue walkthrough
-Ceremony rehearsal coordination (up to 1 hour)
-Full wedding day management (up to 10–12 hours)
-Décor set-up and breakdown assistance
-Distribution of bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages
-Point of contact for vendors, family members, and wedding party
