Client Site Visit

For Vendors & Clients who have already reserved their event date.

About

For wedding and event planning, a site visit with your planner or vendor might be necessary. When requesting, specify your event date, client's names, and the purpose of the appointment (e.g., meeting with florist). If you require a meeting with our staff, kindly inform us to assure our availability. For scheduling a private tour as a potential new client, refer to our 'Private Guided Tour' page.


24 hours in advance

We do not book tours out further than 45 days. Open dates and packages are reflected online and guests are encouraged to view these prior to requesting a tour and within 24 hours of their tour, understanding event availability is first come first serve and subject to change any time. If you would like to cancel or reschedule your tour, kindly give us a call or text at 336-283-2697 or email thelittlechapelnc@gmail.com. If you do not cancel via these methods within 12 hours of your appointment you will incur a $25 fee.
