PARTNERED VENDORS
OUR TRUSTED VENDOR NETWORK
We maintain a curated, continually growing network of nearly 200 trusted vendors and recommendations across photography, planning, lodging, transportation, and many other services. Our recommendations reflect professionals we know, trust, and enjoy working with, helping you build a team that fits your celebration and budget. An approved vendor list is provided with your proposal, following your tour, prior to ever signing a contract.
OUTSIDE VENDORS
You are welcome to choose your own vendors outside our recommended list, but all outside vendors must receive venue approval before you sign a contract or make any payment. This allows us to verify that they meet our requirements and standards for professionalism, communication, licensing, insurance, and familiarity with our venue guidelines. We take these standards seriously because you deserve a vendor team that honors its commitments, prioritizes your best interests, and works collaboratively to deliver the experience you envision.
PROFESSIONAL COORDINATION/PLANNING REQUIREMENT
For events with more 20 guests in 2027 and beyond, an approved professional planner or day-of coordinator is required. In addition to our Partnered Planners and Coordinators, we also offer recommendations who are independently contracted by you and offer different service levels to support your planning needs. For 2028 and beyond, planners and coordinators must be selected from our approved list.
