Gated Private Property By Appointment Only 24/7 | Please text for gate code (Up to 24 hrs prior) We offer exclusive access for photo sessions on select days: Sundays, Mondays, and Thursdays. Photographers may book sessions for clients to enjoy the natural beauty of our 56-acre estate — from the waterfall and 1.2-acre lake to open meadows, shady woodlands, and more. Please note: Sessions are by appointment only, and the property is gated. Full details can be found on our photo session booking and policy pages. If for any reason we’re unable to approve your request, we’ll notify you. Important Summer Season Note: Unless you are one of our couples redeeming a complimentary one-hour session, please note that air conditioning is not run continuously in the summer months. We ask that sessions remain outdoors, using the Solarium as a backdrop only. Public restroom access is available, and chapel access may be arranged upon request. Outdoor Highlights to Help Plan Your Visit: Lake Area: Waterfall, firepit, upper and lower lawns North Meadows: Grove, farm fence, 30 acres of tall grass, row of ~80 cedar trees South Meadows: 13-acre field ringed by trees, wildflower hill below the chapel, two large oaks The Grove: Natural tree canopy, ideal for golden hour and open meadow views Restrooms: Wardrobe changes Please note: Photo sessions may not be used for ceremonies. If you’re interested in hosting an event, please inquire about our event rates. Booking & Property Use: Let us know in your request if you have a preferred location or plan to move throughout the property. If any requested areas are unavailable during your session time, we’ll notify you during approval. During peak seasons, up to two sessions may overlap. The session booked first has priority access. We’ll coordinate with other photographers as needed to ensure a smooth experience for all. We kindly ask that all guests be respectful of one another and allow the session before you to finish before entering. Session Timing & Confirmation: 1-hour minimum required, including setup and cleanup. Please do not arrive early or stay beyond your scheduled time, as it may impact another session or event. Submitting a request does not guarantee availability, but unless you hear from us with an alternate option, your requested time is approved. You’ll receive a confirmation email with session details, property address, and photo session policies. We kindly ask that photographers handle booking directly.
