Hello! We're glad you're here! We are the sister duo, Sarah and Mollie behind the Winston-Salem's Picnic Ladies team. We offer curated pop-up experiences perfect for an elevated gatherings, proposal and wedding picnic services at our family's private 56.5 acre farm and venue, The Little Chapel at Haven Ridge, where there are endless spots perfect for picnics.

What to Expect
Upon arrival, you'll enter our whimsical haven using the private gate code provided. Glide into one of our designated parking spots, where the Picnic Ladies will greet you with warm smiles and guide you to your picnic setup. If you've chosen to add charcuterie or food pick up/delivery, that will be waiting for your arrival. We'll give you a quick rundown and happily answer any questions before leaving you to bask in the magic of your picnic experience. If you're bringing any personal items, please let us know ahead of time so we can incorporate them into your picnic. You may take photos or explore the surrounding area during your time. Your picnic basket is brimming with thoughtful extras, including a Bluetooth speaker for your favorite tunes, to-go boxes for leftovers, extra disposable items, and more.
When your reservation comes to a close, feel free to take home any leftovers or dispose of them in the provided bins or bags. We'll handle the rest, ensuring your visit is effortless and nothing shy of enchanting.

Date Nights
For 2 guests | $300 | 1-2 hrs
Private venue (included), water carafe and beverages (champagne is standard), set up, clean up/breakdown, utensils, plates, cups, décor, pillows, rug(s), florals, and more. 1 hour included.
ADD-ONS: Baked goods and/OR select from our curated menu.
Proposal
For 2 guests | $600 | 1-2 hrs
Private venue (included), water carafe or bottles and beverages (champagne is standard), baked goods or charcuterie included, set up, clean up/breakdown, utensils, plates, cups, décor, pillows, rug(s), florals, and more. Includes 2 hours, 3rd hour $30. Staring price of $600. ADD-ONS: Select from our curated menu.
Location
Part of what makes our picnics so special is that they are secluded! We offer curated pop-up experiences perfect for an elevated date night, social gatherings, proposal and wedding picnic services at our family's private 56+ acre farm and venue, The Little Chapel at Haven Ridge. Choose from scenic areas like our lakeside or waterfall, meadows or chapel! The Solarium, a stunning 1500 sq. ft. glass greenhouse with 360° views of the property which invites the outdoors in.

Just a heads-up: since 2025, we've shifted our focus to date night and proposal picnics, so we're not accepting bookings for picnics larger than two guests at this time. Thanks for understanding!
