WHO CAN BOOK:

We offer bridal portraits, couples, engagement, maternity/baby announcement, seniors/graduation/prom, family, and branding sessions. Professional photographers and Little Chapel couples. Couples with a wedding booked receive a complimentary session with their discount code (excluding elopements). We ask that photographers are professional, insured and are responsible for their clients and care of the property during their session.

RATE:

$85/hour for outdoor spaces (1-hour minimum). Chapel and Solarium access are $25 each. There is no fee to use either as an outdoor backdrop.

ARRIVAL:

Arrive no more than 10 minutes early. Your session begins when you exit your vehicle; parking, wardrobe changes, setup, etc. count toward your booked time. Early starts or staying late may result in additional fees.

SCHEDULE:

Sessions are offered Sundays, Mondays & Thursdays only. Bookings are available for 1- or 2-hour sessions. Availability is shown on our booking calendar.

LOCATION:

5575 Bradford Meadows Lane, a gated private property. Your gate code will be texted within 24 hours of your session. If you did not receive it, please text 336-283-2697 to confirm.

OTHER SESSIONS:

1–2 other sessions may occur simultaneously. Please indicate which areas you plan to use when booking to help avoid overlap.

AREAS:

Explore the Lake, North & South Meadows, and Grove. Chapel and Solarium access are optional $25 add-ons.

PROPOSALS:

Proposals and wedding ceremonies are not permitted during photo sessions. Please book a separate Proposal Experience or Picnic Proposal for proposals, which includes dedicated setup time and privacy.

PROPERTY RULES:

No open flames, including candles or sparklers. Please leave areas tidy, take all belongings/trash with you, close all doors (including restrooms), turn off lights, and leave gates/access points as you found them. Nudity is not permitted on the property. Swimming, wading, or standing in the lake or rowboat is not permitted.

PETS:

Dogs must remain leashed, stay outdoors, and be cleaned up after. Our resident dogs (two corgis and a golden retriever) may be on the property.

ROWBOAT:

Limited to 2 people at a time and at your own risk. Please remain seated while in the boat and return it to its original location. 

RESTROOMS:

Courtyard restrooms are available for use and wardrobe changes.

WEATHER:

We do not automatically cancel for rain. Weather-related reschedules are always free when requested at least 12 hours before your session and do not count toward your regular reschedule allowance.

RESCHEDULES & CANCELLATIONS:

Your first non-weather-related reschedule is free; additional reschedules are $25. Cancellations 24+ hours before your session receive a full refund; cancellations under 24 hours receive a 50% refund. Please email or text us if you nee
