The gentle melodies of live strings by Deans' Duets resonated off the stone walls, creating a natural ambiance that lent a romantic, nearly cinematic feel as Stephanie made her way down the aisle to meet her groom, Mark at the altar. Stephanie looked radiant thanks to DASH Beauty, her look perfectly complementing the soft, romantic floral designs by Sophisticated Florals. Featuring delicate blooms and an airy spring pastel palette inspired by Japanese blossoms in spring. Sophisticated Florals also created a bridal bouquet that doubled as a clutch.

Following the ceremony, guests transitioned into a reception that fully embraced a Japanese blossom spring aesthetic. Planned and curated by the venue's in-house planner, Lauren of LS Planning & Co., the Solarium was transformed into a dreamy indoor space layered with soft color, organic textures, touches of brushed gold, and refined details.

One of the most impressive elements of the evening was just how much was thoughtfully incorporated into the Solarium while keeping everything indoors. The reception space effortlessly held two cozy lounge vignettes, custom coffee bar, full 'Celeste' bar (included with all venue wedding packages), vintage photo booth, DJ, and the couple’s cake and dessert table—all without ever feeling crowded. Instead, it maintained a natural, welcoming flow that allowed guests to move easily, gather, and celebrate together throughout the room. Rentals from Party Reflections tied everything together, which included Caspian gold chairs, soft seating, and tableware, creating a polished and cohesive environment that felt both intimate and refined.

Guests enjoyed a thoughtfully curated dining experience by 1618 On Location, while DJ Bradley of Dow Oak Events created the perfect atmosphere with music that felt both lively and relaxed throughout the evening. A standout detail was the stunning cake by Artsy Cakesy, adorned with handcrafted Japanese blossoms, serving as both a beautiful centerpiece and a sweet treat. Roaming Spirits Coffee added a cozy and personalized touch with their coffee bar featuring espresso for the espresso martini bar alongside specialty drinks like a lavender latte, all finished with the couple’s initials displayed on the front of the bar.
