We want to ensure comfort and sustainability for our guests and the venue space. Please note that air conditioning will not be running continuously in the solarium during the summer months. As such, photo sessions will be limited to outdoor areas, with the solarium available to use as a backdrop only. We’re limiting indoor AC to events only during this time. If you are one of our couples redeeming your complimentary one-hour session (i.e. bridal portraits, save the dates, or engagement) : Please make a special request if you could like to use indoor spaces or if you prefer to stick to outdoors. Public restroom access is available, and chapel access can be arranged upon request. If you would like to make a special request to use the solarium indoors, please let us know ahead of time. Thanks for your understanding! Starting January 1, 2026, photo session rates will be $85 per hour for all outdoor spaces (1-hour minimum). Indoor access to the Chapel and/or Solarium is available for $25 per space. Complimentary Sessions: Couples with weddings booked at The Little Chapel will continue to receive complimentary sessions, with the discount automatically applied at checkout. This includes access to all spaces.

Important Info for Booking Your Photo Session Thank you for your interest in shooting with us! Here’s what you need to know: • Photographers must book sessions directly (not guests/clients), unless you're one of our couples scheduling your complimentary hour included in your package. • All session requests require venue approval before confirmation. • On your request you will select which areas you'd like to request. • Once approved, you'll receive a confirmation email invoice with our address and additional details. You will also receive a reminder email closer to your session date. If you do not receive or cannot locate our gate code 24 hrs before your session, please text us at 336-287-2697 as this is subject to change. $85/hr+ for sessions for all outdoor spaces (1-hour minimum). Indoor add-ons: $25 for Chapel and/or Solarium.

1. Book Your Session: Have your photographer reach out to schedule your session. Appointment scheduling and availability is on our booking calendar. We schedule photo sessions on non-event days including Sunday, Monday and Thursdays. 2. Arrival Time: Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled time to ensure we respect other sessions or events happening prior to yours. 3. What to Bring: Bring comfortable walking shoes if you plan to explore the grounds—there’s plenty to see! Restrooms for wardrobe changes are available in the courtyard. 4. Rain Policy: In case of rain, your session can be rescheduled at no additional cost, based on our availability. Just let us know, and we’ll find a new date for you. First reschedule free; additional reschedules $25. Please login or email us to reschedule or cancel. 5. Clean-Up & Pet Guidelines: Guests are responsible for disposing of trash and recycling properly. If you bring your dog, they must remain on a leash and stay out of the water and boat. Please note, our resident dogs may be seen near their homes on the property. 6. Props & Row Boat Use: Props and furniture are welcome for mini sessions but must be handled by your team. The rowboat is typically left out for photo sessions to use however, if you require this, please note in your request to assure its availability. 7. Parking Information Parking is available on-site, there are 2 free lots. We look forward to making your photography session both memorable!

Absolutely. Your paid session will be credited for your new date. Please reach out to us to coordinate a reschedule, or simply log in to our website and update your booking under your 'Bookings/Appointments'. Each session includes one complimentary reschedule. If you need to reschedule more than once (due to non-weather related circumstances), our standard rescheduling fee will apply. If you are unsure about the weather in our area, please reach out via text or call to check in on the status/forecast.

We welcome a variety of photo sessions, including branding, bridal, engagement, maternity, family portraits, and limited styled shoots with approved creative teams. Out of respect for the nature of our venue and its intended use, we do not host boudoir sessions or any sessions involving nudity, whether indoors or outdoors. Our property is largely an outdoor space, adjacent to private residences, and we aim to ensure all guests feel safe, comfortable, and respected during their time here. Requests that do not align with these guidelines will not be accepted or will be canceled. Thank you for understanding and for helping us preserve the spirit of the space. Styled shoots do not fall into our standard booking rate, please inquire.

We love dogs! They’re welcome in our outdoor spaces as long as they remain on a leash and you bring waste bags for clean-up. Dogs are not permitted indoors or in the water. Please note: We have three resident dogs on the property — two corgis and a golden retriever — who may be visible in their respective yards. To ensure everyone's safety and comfort, guest dogs must remain leashed at all times.
