Check-In/Check-Out:

Standard check-in time for the Inn is no earlier than 4:00 PM (or before/after rehearsal time), and check-out will be at the conclusion of the event, unless otherwise specified in the contract or mutually agreed upon via written communication (i.e. email). ​
 

Responsibility of Guests:

It is the responsibility of guests to properly dispose of trash in designated bins within the premises and city-provided trash and recycling cans by the driveway, and to ensure lights and utilities are turned off upon departure. Any personal items left unclaimed for a period exceeding 14 days may be subject to disposal at the discretion of the management.

 

Damages:

If any damages occur during use of the property, the Client must communicate this instance to the property manager.

 

Accommodations:

In the event that any aspect of the accommodations provided is deemed unfit for use, the management will make every effort to promptly rectify the situation or offer suitable alternative accommodations off-site at a comparable value. 

 

Parking & Venue Access:

The Client acknowledges that the road to the getting ready suites (Foxdale Drive) is a public  neighborhood street with no access to the venue from the field between the two properties; guests are instructed to use the main venue driveway, and only those getting ready or staying overnight shall use Foxdale Drive. Parking is to be restricted to the driveways of the respective homes and, if required, directly in front of the homes on the street, without obstructing or disturbing any neighboring residences. On wedding day, wedding party may walk to the venue via the meadows or are offered a golf cart ride. No personal vehicles shall drive to/from the meadows to the venue/getting ready suites. The is no access to the venue after hours or outside of the reserved venue time.

 

Usage of Tiny Cottage and Inn:

Not all packages include access to these spaces, and additional fees may apply for extra night stays or daytime use of the Tiny Cottage, depending on the package chosen. Tiny Cottage reservation is only for the purpose of getting ready and no overnight stay is permitted. Overnight stay if applicable is outline above in contract. Please consult contract agreement as they applied at the time of your contract signing.

 

Additional Information:

Neighborhood Etiquette:

Please keep in mind that both locations are our family's homes situated in a residential neighborhood. We kindly request your cooperation in being respectful of our neighbors at all times, day or night. 

 

Noise Levels:

Afterparties cannot be hosted on the premises. While you may play music indoors at a responsible volume during getting ready, amplified music should not be audible outside (24/7). After your evening event, guests should refrain from returning to the venue or lingering in the yard past 10 PM to avoid potential neighbor disturbances.

 

Clean Up/Check Out:

At the Inn, upon departure, ensure all lights are off, doors are locked, and trash is disposed of in the city bin by the driveway. Please load dishes into the dishwasher and start it, and leave sheets and towels on the floor of the laundry room. Standard check out from the Inn is at 10am the following day or at the conclusion of the event. Your invoice and/or contract will outline your agreed upon time.

Because there is no overnight stay at the Tiny Cottage, standard check out is collecting personal belongings, turning off utilities and shutting doors and windows. 

 

Golf Cart:

The venue can be accessed by golf cart driven by the venue management only. If you require a golf cart ride to the venue or for transportation to your photo destination, please contact us to coordinate.
