-Who Can Book: Professional photographers or Little Chapel brides & grooms (complimentary sessions with discount code). -Rate: $85/hour for all outdoor spaces (1-hour minimum). Indoor add-ons: $25 for Chapel and/or Solarium. This rate does not apply for styled shoots, please inquire for availability/pricing. -Location: 5575 Bradford Meadows Lane, gated private property. Text 336-283-2697 within 24 hrs of session for gate code. -Property Rules: Absolutely no wedding ceremonies. Rowboat use is limited to 2 people at a time and at your own risk. Please leave areas tidy, close doors, and turn off lights when finished. Dogs must be on leash with waste bags in outdoor areas only (property residents include 2 corgis and a golden retriever). 1-2 other sessions may occur simultaneously, so please indicate which areas you plan to use to avoid overlap. -Reschedules & Cancellations: First reschedule free; additional reschedules $25. Cancellations ≥24 hrs: full refund; <24 hrs: 50% refund. For weather related reschedules, sessions may be rescheduled up to 12 hrs prior at no cost. Please email or text us if you are no longer able to make it. -Restrooms: Available in the courtyard for use and for changing wardrobe (please consider any additional time needed for changing to plan during your scheduled time, be mindful any early arrivals may interrupt a session in progress) -Areas to Explore: Lake, North & South Meadows, Grove. Optional indoor add-ons: Chapel & Solarium ($25/each). There is no additional fee to shoot with the chapel or solarium as your outdoor background.
